Zwergel

Zwergl is a real-world city exploration game that turns places into collectible, competitive spots.

Players discover locations on a map, physically go there, recreate a reference photo, and claim the spot using GPS, direction and image matching. Spots can be owned, stolen from other players, and collected as part of themed sets such as nature, Danube, architecture or hidden gems.

The core motivation is exploration, competition and collecting. Completed collections can later unlock real-world rewards from cities or local partners.
